Return Policy

If you changed your mind you can return the items according to the below conditions:

• Your return must take place within 14 days of delivery.
• Changes/Returns can be done in our shop.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Items must have all brands’ tags attached.
• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Fournaris Home shop. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
• Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately upon their receipt.
• The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if your return falls outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
• We will issue a full refund (excluding delivery cost and cash on delivery charge)

RETURNS

To exchange or return any purchase made in our stores, it is vital that you show the paper receipt.

Delivery options:

• Collection at a Fournaris Home store - FREE
• Home delivery:
  • Standard delivery - 3.50 EUR / FREE 
• Drop point –2.50 EUR / FREE 

Remember that the person who comes to collect the order need only show the e-receipt, ID must be shown for pick up. If someone else comes in your place, they must also show ID.

The estimated delivery time will be between 7-9 working days.

At the drop point selected from the list (list will be available upon purchase) within 7-9 working days.

Remember to collect your order you will need to present your ID document. A written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID document will need to be submitted at the drop point if the order is being collected on behalf of the buyer.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Restrictions

Please be informed that delivery cannot be completed in the areas of the Republic of Cyprus that are not under the effective control of the government of the Republic of Cyprus.
